Fee Schedule Overview

At Pride Trust Services, we provide licensed, conflict-free fiduciary services that protect our clients’ assets, dignity, and healthcare decisions with professionalism, transparency, and compassion.

Fees reflect case complexity, regional standards, and the high level of fiduciary responsibility inherent in every engagement.

Where court supervision applies (e.g., conservatorships, probate estates), all fees are subject to court review and approval.

Standard Hourly Rates by County Region

Specific hourly rates are finalized after initial consultation and engagement review.

Minimum Monthly Fee Policy

Effective for all active engagements:

  • For any trust, conservatorship, probate, or private-fiduciary engagement, you will be billed each month the;
    • (a) the fees calculated at the applicable hourly rates or
    • (b) a minimum of $500.

This ensures ongoing case oversight, administrative compliance, beneficiary communication, financial monitoring, court readiness, and client protection — even during months with limited active work.

Flat Fees (When Applicable)

Trust Administration Fees

First Year:

  • Billed at standard hourly rates by region.

After Year One (Ongoing Trusts):

  • Administration may convert to a percentage-based model, not exceeding 2% of the fair market value of trust assets annually.
  • Ongoing monitoring, beneficiary communication, tax compliance, and investment oversight are included.

Animal Trust Administration Fees

Animal trust administration fees are based on the type of animal and care complexity:

Travel related to specialized animal care may incur additional fees.

Probate and Conservatorship (Court-Supervised Matters)

Probate Administration:
(Per California Probate Code §§10800–10810)

  • 4% of first $100,000 of gross estate value
  • 3% of next $100,000
  • 2% of next $800,000
  • 1% of next $9 million

Conservatorship Services:

  • Billed hourly at appropriate regional rates.
  • All fees submitted for court review and approval before payment.

Extraordinary Fees

Extraordinary services beyond standard fiduciary duties may be billed separately at a higher hourly rate or negotiated project rate, depending on complexity.

Billing and Payment Policies

Billing Frequency:
Monthly or Quarterly

Payment Terms:
Net 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated.

Retainers:
May be required for contested, complex, or emergency cases.

Court-Supervised Cases:
Fees are submitted to the court for approval before payment.
